Inside every one of us lives an inner pharmacy, a way of connecting deeper, a way of bringing about calm, relaxation.. A way of energising and a way of deep healing. And it's called the breath.

The breath is an immensely powerful tool. We can use it to shift our energy, our feelings, sensations in the blink of an eye and we all have access to it at every moment of every day.

Yet, for many of us, the breath is simply air in and air out. But it is so much more and so much greater than that.

During this 9 day course we will dive into several dis-eases that are common today and how we can utilise the breath to bring about transformation and healing.
